Affordable and Effective Remedies for Sweating

If you sweat given a hot environment, then most probably you are normal. If you do not sweat, you may be having an endocrine problem. Sweating is one of the mechanism of our body to eliminate excess heat by means of evaporation. It cools our body from too much heat accumulated inside our body. When we sweat, there is usually a trigger. It may be due to a hot environment, or a surge of emotions like anxiety, fear, horror, and many more. Apple cider Honey Vinegar. You will be needing an apple cider vinegar and honey in this concoction. Put these two ingredients (apple cider vinegar 2 tsp. and honey 2 tsp.) in one container and mix. The honey should be raw and organic for a better concoction. In just a week, the solution will manifest its effect given that you took it on an empty stomach, 3 times a day. You may take this before breakfast, lunch and dinner for a better compliance.

Activated Charcoal. This will surely treat your excessive sweating. In just two days, you will be having a lesser sweating than it used to. It is home-made and easy to prepare. However, this may pose unwanted side effects like vomiting or abdominal pain. Take extra precautions and it these manifest, better take the activated charcoal during midday or before bedtime.

Cotton pads with Lemon Juice and Baking Soda.  In this remedy, you will be using a cotton pad, a baking soda, and lemon juice. Mix the baking soda and lemon juice and dip the cotton pads on it. Damp the cotton pads onto your underarms. This will resolve your body odor problem and will lessen your underarm sweating as well.

Tomato Juice. Drink this juice for one whole week and see the results for yourself. Make sure that your tomato juice is pure and freshly-grated, so that it will be more effective. Now, not only it is just good for the eyes and skin, but also for your excessive sweating as well.
